What are the Next Steps to Get STarted?
(1) Ask for help here. (2) We talk on Zoom or the phone about what you need and get clear about the services we offer that fit your needs. (3) We send you a proposal that outlines the services we talked about in more detail. (4) We review the proposal together over a 15-20 minute Zoom or phone call to answer any questions. (5) You select services, sign the proposal, and make your first payment. (6) You review and sign the consulting contract. (7) We schedule your kickoff meeting and get started!

When are payments due?
Generally, 50% is due immediately to secure your project start date and the remaining 50% is due within 15-30 days, depending on the total project fee, which will be outlined in your invoice. Other payment schedules may apply. Payment plans may be available upon request.
HOW DO YOU BILL?
If we can provide you a flat-fee project, we will; yet flat-fee services don't always work. If the services you request aren't billed at a flat-fee, we will notify you and hourly rates will apply.
Do you offer payment plans?
Yes, we do. Payment plans may be available upon request depending on the situation and circumstances. If a payment plan would be helpful to you, simply let us know. We are happy to discuss this.
