The Goal

Brent the Broker is a real estate agent in San Diego County. Over the past 15 years in business, he’s helped hundreds of clients buy and sell homes, closed over 150 home sales, and built a reputation for being a trustworthy expert in his industry.

A massive pillar in the success of a real estate agent is the ability to build solid relationships with clients. Many potential home buyers and sellers start searching for a real estate agent online, and the competition is steep in San Diego. Brent knew that in order to stand out, he needed to invest in his online presence.

Before Brent hired us, he had a basic website that didn’t allow his fun, vibrant personality to shine through. He came to us looking for a complete overhaul of his brand messaging, website copywriting, and website design.

The Solution

We started by crafting a clear brand message for Brent, which included his story framework (ie: StoryBrand BrandScript) and one-liner. From there, we worked closely with Brent to weave his brand message into the copywriting on his website – ensuring that we really nailed his voice and personality and communicated his passion for helping people. 

When it came to the website design, our goal was to create a website that was clear, minimal, and approachable. We wanted it to be a reflection of Brent’s personality so that potential clients really got a feel for what it would be like to work with him. Because trustworthiness is everything in the real estate industry, we focused on building credibility with testimonials from happy customers and photos of real families Brent has worked with. Now, his website helps him build connections with potential clients and guides them through the journey of working with him to buy the home of their dreams.
