Noonan Builds is a high-end residential construction company in north county San Diego. We helped them with their brand message, one-liner, and website. For their website we mapped out the site plan, wrote all the copy, wireframed the pages, and did the full design and development on Squarespace 7.1. Now their messaging is clear and their website is organized and beautiful.

The Goal

Noonan Builds is a family-owned and operated construction company that has been around since 1982. Over the years, they'd primarily grown through word of mouth. They came to us because they knew it was time to put some focused energy into their marketing – particularly their messaging and website – to set their business up for success in the long run.

Before working with us, they had a basic website that wasn’t doing them justice for the quality of work they do. Noonan Builds only does high-caliber projects, and it was time to make sure that everyone could see that. They hired us to help them stand out in their industry so they could both show and tell potential customers what makes them unique as a residential construction company.

The Solution

We helped Noonan Builds create a clear company message, which included their story framework (ie: StoryBrand BrandScript) and one-liner. Once we finalized their brand message, we wrote the website copy – incorporating all the elements of their clarified narrative – and designed and developed a brand new custom website for them. We worked alongside the business owners – a father, son and daughter – to identify a compelling narrative unique to Noonan Builds. Both their message and new website capture the exceptional work they do in their distinctly relatable and genuine brand voice and vibe.
